Log into your Lamplace account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
